3 medium onions thinly sliced
8 single pork sages
25 grams soft light wn sugar
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
8 slices thick-cut bread
2 tablespoons ve oil
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the onions. Cook gently for 30 minutes.
