20 Round plain crackers (Med. sized)
2 Dill pickled umbers
1 pack of Smoked ters
1 Approx 4 tbsp of plain onnaise
Lay out the 20 crackers on a tray or large plate. Generously cover each cracker with mayonnaise. Cut the pickled cucumbers diagonally to get multiple oval-shaped slices (the pieces of pickle shouldn't be larger than your crackers). Lay the pieces of pickled cucumber on top of each one of the mayonnaise-covered crackers. Lay a couple of smoked oysters on top of each of the pickled cucumber pieces. Then grab a cracker with all this goodness on top and put it in your mouth whole. Chew and be amazed!
