Peanut Butter Dessert

1 Additional granulated ar
Heat oven to 375oF. In large bowl, beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter with electric mixer on low speed until well mixed. Beat in honey and egg until well blended. Beat in remaining ingredients until dough is formed. Shape the dough into small balls (about 1 1/4 inch). Place them about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten using crisscross patter with fork dipped in additional granulated sugar. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute and remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack and cool for another 15 minutes.
