1 kilogram und beef
3 tablespoons of fresh iander
1 medium on finely chopped
1 clove of lic finely chopped
1 ato chopped
1 big rot peeled and chopped
1 medium chini chopped
1/2 can of ato puree
1 teaspoons of t
per to taste
1 package of flour tillas
tuce shredded
1 tablespoon of ve oil

1.- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the beef. Add the onion and the garlic until soft. 2.- Add the carrot until softer then add the zucchini and the chopped tomato. When this is well combine add the tomato puree, salt and pepper. Sit well and let all the juices combine. Correct seasoning if needed and add the fresh coriander. 3.- In another large skillet heat the tortillas, put the tortilla in a plate and fill it with the picadillo and shredded lettuce and roll it. Serve with rice. Note: You can add chili flakes or jalapeno finely chopped if you like the heat, or you can add shredded cheese as well!
