Aaron's Mashed Sweet Potatos

6 large et potatoes
3/4 cup wn sugar
1 stick unsalted ter
1 tablespoon namon
1 table spoon t
2 cups shmallows OPTIONAL STEP

Peel and cut sweet potatoes into same size pieces, boil until pieces are fork tender, Drain. Place potatoes back into pot. Add brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt and mash or whip to desired texture. When serving sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top and place a pad of butter in the middle. For the holidays I like to put the sweet mashed potatoes in a glass baking dish and cover it with marshmallows, and pop it into the broiler until the marshmallows just begin to brown.
