1. Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent. 3. Add water, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili powder. 4. Add juice from orange and lime. Place remaining peel along outer perimeter of the pan. 5. Add chicken to center of the pan. Braise until cooked through, turning occasionally. 6. Reduce liquid to a glaze. 7. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken in the pan. Stir so that cooking liquid coats the chicken. 8. Transfer to serving dish. Include orange and lime peels for presentation. Sprinkle with cilantro to add additional color. 9. Build taco style using tortillas and sour cream.
