1 cup Salsa lightly ined
3/4 cup tilla chips crushed

1 1/2 lbs Ground chuck (80% lean) or Ground round (85% lean)
1/2 cup Sharp ddar cheese shredded

1. Preheat oven to 375?F. In a medium bowl, combine salse, tortilla chip, egg, onion, garlic, chile, chili powder, salt, and cumin. Stir with a fork until mixed. Add the ground chuck and mix until blended. 2. Pack mixture into an 8x4x2?-inch loaf pan. Place on a baking sheet and bake, uuncovered, until a meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160?F to 165?F, about 1 hour. Spinkle shredded cheddar over top of loaf and bake until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
