4 cups macaroni elbows
1 cup k
10 slices (more or less depends on the brand and the thickness)
2 cup grated ddar cheese
250 g ham cut in es
2 ons chopped
1 tbsp emary
2 tbsp ground mesan
1 tbsp extra-virgin ve oil
1 Salt per

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. While the macaroni noodles are cooking in boiling water, bring the milk to ebulition point at low heat in a saucepan, adding one by one the cheese slices, stirring often until you get the thickness you want for your sauce. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions and the ham, cook until the onions are transparent. Drain the macaroni and mix with the sauce, the onions, the ham, the parmesan, the rosemary, the salt and the pepper. Pour everything in a baking dish, spread the grated cheese all over it and bake it in the oven until you get a nice golden crust.
