2 Tbs. Red ry Paste ( I use Thai Kitchen)
2 Tbs. ck peppercorns crushed
1 Tbs. in seeds crushed

1 In a small bowl combine roasted red curry paste, ck pepper, cumin and salt;

Firey Mango Pineapple Salsa 1/4 cup fresh basil, coarsely chopped 1/4 cup red onion diced 1 jalapeno seeded and diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 c cup fresh pineapple chopped 1 large ripe mango chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice salt and coarsely crushed black pepper to taste In a large bowl combine mango, red onion, basil, garlic, jalapeno, pineapple, and lime juice; mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let sit for at least 1 hour. Spoon salsa over steak. The cold leftover steak will make fabulous next-day open face sandwiches. If there is any!!!!!
