3 Tbls. Chopped on
3 Tbls. Chopped green per
1 can (15 oz.) ck beans rinsed and drained
4 flour tillas (7 inches) warmed
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Mexican cheese blend or ddar c
1 medium ato chopped
1 cup shredded tuce
1 Salsa optional

In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté onion and green pepper until tender. Add beans; heat through. Spoon about 1 cupful off center on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese, tomato and lettuce. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Serve with salsa if desired.
