Sauces Pasta Corn Parmes Cottage Cheese Garlic Cheese Parmesan Milk
1 c mmed milk
1/2 c Lowfat tage cheese
1 tb nstarch
1/4 ts t
1/8 ts per
1/4 ts lic powder
1/2 c mesan cheese
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally.
