Mexican Beef and Potato Tacos

1 lb und beef
1 small onion ced
2 cloves lic minced
2 tablespoon Mexican li powder
1 t in
1 t iander
1/2 t t
1/2 t Mexican gano rubbed
2 t er vinegar
1 can sliced atoes drained and liquid reserved
1 corn tilla shells fried and drained well
1 shredded Mexican nd cheese

Brown beef on medium high heat. Drain well. Return meat to pan. Reduce heat to medium and stir in onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes. Add seasonings, vinegar and potato liquid; simmer for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust as desired.
