Main Dish Chicken Copycat Italian Pasta Quick Fall Picnics Spring Summer Superbowl Winter

2 lic clove chopped
6 Tablespoons extra-virgin ve oil
2 teaspoons -dried tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup hrooms sauteed
12 ichoke heart quarters (1 large jar, drained)
12 amata olives pitted
2 cken breast grilled sliced
3 -4 ounces Penne ta cooked, drained, set aside
h Salt to taste
Dash per to taste
1/4 cup Grated mesan cheese for serving

Saute garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute. Add sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives chicken and cooked penne pasta. Saute to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly grated cheese.
