Bourbon and Brown Sugar Flank Steak

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Bourbon
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp light wn sugar packed
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp whole grain tard
1 !/4 cup + 2 tbsp sauce
2 3/4 tsp cestershire sauce
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp fresh en onions sliced 1/4"
4 tsp fresh lic minced
1 3/8 tsp her salt
2 lbs Flank ak (raw)

1. Prepare Bourbon marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients. Mix until well blended. 2. Pour marinade over steak turning to coat evenly. Hold overnight in refrigerator to marinate. 3. Drain and discard excess marinade. 4. Preheat grill to high. Place meat on grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. minimum internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees F. Slice thin on the bias.
