2 tablespoons enda
2 tablespoons e juice - fresh squeezed
1 pinch t - to taste
1/2 Teaspoon pepper flakes - to taste
1 cup fresh eapple cubed
1/3 cup red bage - shredded
1/4 cup onion - thinly sliced
1/4 cup t leaves - torn fresh
1 Teaspoon lime zest - ced fine

Simmer Splenda, lime juice, salt, and pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium until syrupy, about 4 minutes; cool. Toss pineapple, cabbage, onion, mint, and lime zest together in bowl. Drizzle with cooled syrup and toss to coat.
