1 1/4 cup colate wafers crushed
1/8 teaspoon namon
8 ounce am cheese
1 cup ar
1 cup Unsweetened oa powder

2 tablespoon fee liqueur
1 teaspoon illa

6 squares isweet chocolate

Preheat oven to 325?. Stir together wafer crumbs and cinnamon. Pat into bottom of 9" springform pan. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and cocoa powder. Beat in eggs. Stir in 2 cups sour cream, coffee liqueur, and vanilla. Turn into prepared pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until set. Spread remaining .5 cup sour cream evenly over top. Retrun to oven for 1 minute to glaze top. Cool to room temp. then chill thoroughly, covered. Remove from pan. Microwave squares of chocolate. Should be pliable, but not melted. Peel chocolate over cake into rolls. Microwave 4 squares of remaining chocolate 1 minute at a time for approx 2 minutes. Drizzle over top and serve.
