Soya Macaroni Main Dish Peas snow Asian American
1 pound (454 g) und beef or pork
4 cups elbows macaroni
4 cups water
1 cup (250 mL) soya sauce
200 g s snow
2 ons sliced in half rings
2 lic cloves finely chopped
2 tbsp ame seeds
1 tbsp extra-virgin ve oil
Arrange the peas snow by cutting off both ends. Heat the oil in a large pan (I use a wok, it's the best for that kind of recipe), brown the onion slices and the garlic. Add the ground meat and cook until it's brown. Add the peas snow, the macaroni elbows, the water, the soya sauce and sesame seeds. Cover it and simmer at a low-medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionnally, or until the macaroni are soft enough and that the sauce got thicker.
