Italian Bruschetta

Garlic Tomato Tomatoes Italian

2 atoes diced
1 tsp dried il
4 tbsp grated mesan cheese
2 tbsp ve oil
1 clove lic crushed
1 salt and per to taste

In a medium bowl mix tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and chill in refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight before serving. To serve, brush Italian bread or French baguette with olive oil, top with shredded cheese or parmesan cheese and place under broiler until hot (it only takes a minute or two).
