Bake Brunch Eggs French

1 9 inch pastry dough (I use frozen)
12 slices on crisply fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded ss cheese
1/3 cup ced onion sauteed
4 s
2 cups whipping am
3/4 teaspoon t
1/4 teaspoon ar
1/8 teaspoon enne pepper

1. Heat oven to 450?F. 2. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry-lined pie pan. 3. Whisk eggs slightly, Beat in remaining ingredients. 4. Pour mixture into pie pan. 5. Bake for 15 minutes at 450?F. 6. Reduce oven temperature to 300?F. 7. Bake an additional 30 minutes. 8. Quiche is done when knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. 9. Importantlet stand 10 minutes before cutting.
