Slow cook ground beef Spaghetti Sauces Main Dish American Pasta Dinner

1 pound of und beef or bulk Italian sausage
1 medium on chopped
2 cans ( 28 ounces each) diced atoes, un-drained
2 can ( 6 ounces ) ato paste
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon wn sugar
1 tbsp cestershire sauce
1 tsp Louisiana hot sauce
6 garlic ves
1 to 2 teaspoons dried il
1 to 2 teaspoons dried gano
1 teaspoon t
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried me
Hot cooked spaghetti

In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink: drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the next 10 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until heated through. Discard bay leaf. Serve over spaghetti. Yield:6-8 servings
