1 Three boxes of 10 ounce frozen chopped ccoli (

8 ounces of SHREDDED ddar cheese (16 ounces makes it cre
1/2 cup of onnaise
1/8 cup of mesan cheese (optional)
1/2 cup of ad crumbs and margarine
Optional: chopped onions and chopped hrooms lig

Thaw the broccoli by cooking it in a pan (do not overcook!) Drain the broccoli Mix the broccoli, soups, cheese, and mayonnaise into a pan and heat just a few minutes to blend (optional: add chopped mushrooms and onions) Put everything into an open casserole and smooth out the top Mix bread crumbs in melted margarine (small pan is fine), just enough to make them moist Spread the bread crumbs on top of the broccoli and then top with parmesan cheese Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or so.
