1 cup chopped small pieces of peroni

1. Cut the pepperoni up into small pieces (almost dices size) 2. Mix together flour and milk 3. Add cheese 4. Add pepperoni and beaten egg 5. Mix well 6. In mini muffin pans, spray with spray(use lots and be sure to cover well) 7. Put mixture into pan (about 3/4 full) 8. Bake 375 for about 20 minutes 9. Remove from pans immediately (Be careful, they are hot and greasy)
