Sweet Chocolate Milk Winter Holiday Christmas

5 cans porated milk
5 cans water (use the empty porated milk can as a measure)
3/4 cup oa (dilute in some of the milk)
8 oz baking colate
2 Tbs. n starch (dilute in a little water or milk)
3/4 cup ar
1 tsp. illa extract
1 tsp. ter (for shine)

Shave or grate the chocolate. Bring milk and water to a boil. Whisk in the cocoa, baking chocolate, sugar, and vanilla. Simmer, then add the corn starch, when thickened, remove from heat and add the butter. Serve hot.
