2 tbs Chunky nut butter
2 tbs icot jam
2 tbs ry powder
1 cup Nonfat plain urt
1 large go about 8 oz., peeled and diced
1 bell pepper stemmed, seeded, and diced
1 llion thinly sliced
1 teaspoon antro chopped
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and jam and mix well. Sprinkle with curry powder and then add the yogurt, folding it thoroughly into the mixture. Add the mango, bell pepper, scallion, and cilantro and stir until blended. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
