Easy Cream of Mushroom Chicken

1 tablespoon ve oil
1 cup hrooms sliced
4 medium cken breasts skinless/boneless
1 can (10 oz) am of mushroom soup
2 h Salt
2 dash per
2 cups e cooked/optional

Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add chicken and brown both sides, about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add can of cream of mushroom soup (Do not add water). Stir until chicken and mushrooms are well coated. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes (or until chicken is no longer pink), stirring once or twice. This dish is best served over rice.
