Shrimp Stew Tomato Spanish Special Occasion Rice Latin

1 1/2 pounds Jumbo imp (Peeled and Cleaned)
2 tablespoons ra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons ter
3 cloves (ced)
1 cup Yellow on (Chopped)
1 cup Green or Peppers (Chopped)
2 large atoes (Chopped)
1/4 cup Water
1/4 Dry White Cooking e
1 1/2 teaspoons in
1/4 teaspoon enne Pepper or Paprika
2 tablespoons ato Paste
1/2 teaspoon Salt and ck Pepper
1 tablespoon antro (Minced)

In a large pan add EVOO and butter on Low/Med heat until it begins to foam over. Add onion and pepper and saute until translucent. Add Garlic and tomato saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste, water, wine, Cayenne Pepper, cumin, and salt and pepper mix well. Cover and raise the heat to Medium simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add shrimp cover and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Serve Over White rice.
