16 to 18 unbaked frozen dinner rolls
1 package regular terscotch pudding mix not instant
1/2 cup wn sugar packed
1/2 cup ans chopped
1 stick (1/2 cup) ter melted
The night before place frozen rolls in well greased metal tin pin. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls. Sprinkle brown sugar over pudding mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans over brown sugar. Pour melted butter over all. To prevent the dough from forming a hard crust while its rising overnight, cover with a damp towel or tightly wrap with plastic wrap. Let rise overnight at room temperature, about 8 to 10 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Turn pan over onto a serving platter to remove. Serve by pulling apart chunks with forks.

Preheat oven to 375F. 1. Combine flour, sugars, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, and oil in a mixer at low speed. Mix until crumbly. 2. Reserve about 5-6 ounces of this mix for the topping. Add the cinnamon to this. 3. Combine baking soda, buttermilk, and eggs, then add to dry ingredients and blend. Do not overmix! 4. Pour batter into a parchment lined round or square pan, whichever you desire! 5. Sprinkle crumb topping over the batter. 6. Bake at 375F for about 30 minutes.
