450.0 grams Lean ced beef
1.0 on chopped
1.0 clove lic crushed
1.0 Green per chopped
7.0 mililiters li powder
4.0 Chili pers chopped
1.0 tin atoes chopped
236.6 mililiters r cream
0.0 zarella grated
1.0 large bag tilla chips

1. Soften onion and garlic. Add the mince and brown. Add chilli powder to taste. Add pepper, chilli and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Layer up an oven-proof dish, first with half the tortilla?s, then the mince and repeat this once more. Cover with a lid and place in a 200oC oven for 35 to 40 minutes. 3. Remove cover, pour soured cream over the mince, cover with a generous topping of cheese and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes until the top is golden, and then serve! Serve with garlic bread, salad or jacket potatoes and enjoy!
