Salad Dressing

salad dressing Sweet Dressing Sauce salad dressing good Red wine Vingar American

1/2 cup ar
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sauce
1 per to taste
1 cup oil

Mix all ingredients, put in ice box for about one hour or until all ingredients dissolve, shake periodically.

1 teaspoon antro chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk to mix. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Whisk before serving.

Combine all ingredients in food processor with steel blade and blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Often in Japanese restaurants this dressing is served over finely shredded cabbage along with the lettuce and other salad ingredients. It is delicious. Blend all ingredients except the oil in a food processor until smooth. While food processor is running on slow speed drizzle in oil until blended. Refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours to let flavors blend.

6 tablespoons mirin (Japanese sweet e wine vinegar)
6 tablespoons vegetable or ame oil
5 tablespoons creamy nut butter
3 tablespoons sauce
3 tablespoons wn sugar
2 tablespoons minced fresh ger root
7 tablespoons minced lic

In a medium bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Toss dressing on top of desired vegetables right before serving.

1/2 cup distilled te vinegar
1 tsp. on juice
2 Tbls. beaten (see Notes below)
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup etable oil
1/4 cup n syrup
3 Tbls. ted Romano cheese
2 Tbls. dry unflavored pectin (see Notes, below)
1 1/4 tsp. t
1/2 tsp. minced lic
1/4 tsp. dried sley
1 pinch dried gano
1 pinch pepper flakes

-Pour the vinegar, lemon juice, and egg into a blender; blend for 10 seconds, then allow to rest for 10 minutes. -Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on low speed for 30 seconds. -Chill at least 1 hour before serving, the longer the better. Notes: Mixing the raw egg with vinegar and lemon juice will kill any Salmonella present. You can also buy pasteurized eggs at many supermarkets. Pectin can be found in most supermarkets near the Jell-O® or with the Mason® jars. Serving Suggestions: Serve this dressing over mixed greens or use as a marinade for your favorite meat.
