2 boneless skinless cken breasts
4 large portobello hrooms

2 Tbs ra virgin olive oil
cut chicken into strips.season flour with salt and pepper then coat chicken strips with seasoned flour. saute chiken in butter till golden then remove. In same skillet add olive oil minced onion roughly chopped garlic and sliced portobellos saute till musrooms are tender. do not allow garlic to brown this will make it bitter. add marsala wine and deglaze pan then add juice of 1/2 lemon.stir in heavy cream add basil bring to a simmer and add chicken allow to reduce by 1/3 in the meantime boil salted water for pasta cook til al dente serve chicken and sause over pasta
