Greek Grape Leaf and Mint Sauce

Condiments Sauces Advance No Cook Quick Meatless Vegan Vegetarian Yogurt Greek

1/3 cup pe leaves bottled, stems removed
3 tbs Fresh t chopped (or 2 TBS dried)
1 tbs Fresh gano chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
2 teaspoons lic minced
1 teaspoon t
1 cup Fresh sley chopped
1/4 cup on juice fresh
2 tbs ers chopped
1 tbs ck pepper freshly ground
1/4 cup en onion chopped, white and green parts
1 1/2 cup ve oil

Blend or process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. The sauce will keep refrigerated in a closed jar for 1 to 2 weeks. Serve with the Barba lamb.
