1 lb of cken tenders
8 oz package of sliced baby portabella hrooms
1 box of small ziti ta or your fav pasta
6 cloves of chopped lic
0.25 cup of chopped on
0.25 cup of chopped FRESH il
2 tablespoons of dried gano
1 1 1 14.5 oz can of diced; in sauce atoes
0.25 cup of heavy am
0.30 cup of mesan cheese
3 tablespoons of ka
2 tablespoons of ve oil
2 tablespoons of ter

Saute salt and peppered chicken in a large sauce pan ~large enough that you will eventually add all ingredients~ WITH the olive oil and the butter. Saute at medium heat, not to burn the butter while cooking. Meanwhile, chop garlic, onion and basil; remove chicken from pan; IF need, add a lil more butter and olive oil: add garlic, onion, basil, oregano and cook until tender ~approx. 3 mins~; add all the mushrooms...cook for about 4 mins; ADD VODKA; reduce then add can of tomatoes with the reduced heat; ~Low to medium heat~ Add the chicken tenders in whole OR cut into bite size. Low heat, simmer for about a half hour; Meanwhile, cook ziti or your favorite pasta in large pot until el-donte; drain. Increase the heat of the sauted chicken and mushrooms, add the cream, parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, simmer for about 4 mins then toss the pasta in; turn heat off.....and serve with your favorite salad!
