Brabant Potatoes

4 medium Baking atoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tablespoon etable oil
3/4 teaspoon t
1/4 teaspoon per
1/4 cup llion
2 tablespoon sley chopped
1 tablespoon cestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lic chopped
1 tablespoon ter

Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover, 4 to 5 minutes until almost tender. Drain and cool slightly. Heat oil in large skillet over med high heat. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook, shaking pan back and forth and turning often with a pancake turner, 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Add the scallions, parsley, worcestershire sauce and garlic. Shake pan about 1 minute. Add butter and continue shaking and turning potatoes until butter melts.
