Chicken Swiss
Bake Advance Freeze-It Main Dish Chicken Swiss
4 ea cken breast boneless and skinless
1 cup hrooms sliced
2 cups Monterey jack cheese ted
1 can (10 oz) Cream of Chicken and hroom soup
1/4 cup r cream
1/4 cup te wine
1/4 cup mesan grated
Preheat oven to 350? F. Place chicken in ungreased 13" x 9" baking dish. Top chicken with mushrooms. Cover with Monterey jack. In a small bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and wine. Pour mixture over chicken, spreading to cover. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to over 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
