Roast Beef Marinade Alcohol Smoked Easy Holiday American Barbque
5 pounds Chuck roast cut to fit
2 cans French on Soup
16 ounces r (Killian Red)
2 ounces Whiskey (Jack Daniels)
2 Beef illon cubes
1 tbsp lic Powder or Cloves
1 tbsp on Flakes
12 Baby atoes
1 -2 Pkg(s) Baby rots
Braise roast in 400 F. oven for one hour. SMOKED: Wrap Roast and Marinade in Aluminum Foil. Place in Smoker at 225 degrees. Placed water soaked hickory chips around the outside edges of roast Introduce baby potatoes and carrots after 2 1/2 hours. Smoke for 1 1/2 hours and check roast. Cook the remaining 1 hour if needed. CROCK POT: Add all ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours on high.
