Breakfast Kid Friendly Low Sugar Rice American
1 cup wn rice flour
1 cup Oat ur
1/2 cup Millet ur
1/2 cup Buckwheat ur
1 tablespoon ing powder

Blend together dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Separate eggs, being very careful not to get any egg yolk into the egg whites. Blend into the dry ingredients: buttermilk, oil or butter, yolks. Whip the egg whites at high speed with electric mixer until stiff enough to hold peaks, but not dry. Gently fold egg whites into waffle batter. it is not necessary to blend in the whites until they disappear. The less mixing, the lighter the waffles will be. Spray hot waffle iron once with no stick cooking spray (Olice Oil Pam), before making the first waffle. Scoop batter to center of waffle iron with a measuring cup. VARIATIONS Add to batter: 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, or 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or chopped nuts. Toppings: Strawberries, whipped cream, whipped butter, maple syrup.
