3 lb f Brisket; (up to 4)
2 tb uid Smoke
1 ts Garlic salt 1 tsp. on
2 ts Worcestershire
2 ts ery seed
1 c becue sauce
2 ts und pepper

Preparation : Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and place in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
