Chicken and Rice Bake

Chicken Cajun
Quick Bake Adrienne's Main Dish Chicken Cajun

3 cken breast skinned and boned
1 package Mahatma fron Yellow Rice uncooked
3 lic Clove sliced
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 low bell pepper sliced
1/4 bell pepper sliced
1/4 Orange l pepper sliced
1/4 en bell pepper sliced
2 rot chopped
1 can hroom soup
1 cup k
1 teaspoon Cooking rry
1 tablespoon mesan
1/4 cup French's French Fried ons

Put the uncooked rice in the casserole. Saute the garlic, onion and peppers together in olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside. Add a bit more olive oil to the pan, and saute the breasts til they are nicely browned on both sides, but not cooked through. Mix the mushroom soup, milk, sherry, cheese and rice mix together in the casserole. Lay the chicken breasts over the mixture, and cover with the French Fried Onions. Put in oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. Nice with asparagus spears.
