Low Fat Marinade Main Dish Australian Chicken Dinner

6 cken; fillets trimmed
2 tb sauce
2 tb Sweet chilli Sauce
2 tb ey
2 lic; crushed
1 ts Five spices powder

1. Place chicken into a ceramic dish in a single layer. Combine sauces, honey, garlic and five spice powder. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 2. Pre-heat over to 200*C. Heat a frying pan over hight heat. Spray with oil. Cook chicken, in batches, for 1 minute each side or until golden. Transfer to a baking tray. Brush with marinade. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until just cooked through. Serve with low fat potato bake or vegetables.
