Easy Thai Coconut Ginger Soup

Coconut milk Thai
spicy Sweet coconut Asian soup vegetarian Coconut milk Thai

3 cans onut milk
6 cups water mixed with 4 vegetable bullion es
1.5 tbs lime t
6 tbs e juice
3 tbs on grass paste
6 large pieces of fresh ger (about 1 ounce each)
2 cans of whole straw hrooms
3 tbs fish sauce or etarian fish sauce, or soy sauce
1 cup chopped fresh antro
3 tbs ame oil
4 tbs hot asian chili sauce

Mix everything together and put in a crock pot for a couple hours, or simmer on the stove for an hour. Makes 12 servings. Don't eat the ginger pieces. To make this into a more hearty meal, add diced tofu or shredded chicken.
