Di's Palm Beach Turkey Burgers

2 3/4 pounds und turkey
2 tablespoons on mustard
2 tablespoons seradish Cream Sauce
1/2 cup ad crumbs Plain
1/2 cup Cransins
1 medium llot diced
1 tablespoon ra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups Spring Mix for garnish
Salt and per to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a mix bowl. Make into 4 Patties. Heat the oil and add burgers cook 4 to 5 minutes each side. While the burger are cooking toss the spring mix with 1tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. I use sourdough rolls and remove part of the flesh from the top. I spread both sides of the roll with horseradish cream sauce.
