1 can of Sliced ts(Drained Liq. reserved)
1 small on very thinly sliced
2 Tbs. Artificial Sweetener
0.25 cup er Vinegar
0.5 teaspoon ves
Layer beets and onions in a heat proof bowl. In a small sauce pan bring the reserved beet liquid, vinegar, sweetener and cloves to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Pour hot liquid over beets and onions, cover and let flavors develop for an hour. Serve
