3 c Loosely packed fresh il
3/4 c ve oil
1/4 c e nuts
3 lic cloves
1 ts t
1/2 c mesan cheese -
Freshly ted
3 tb Romano pecorino cheese OR
mesan cheese

Put basil, oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt into a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Pour sauce into small bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and Romano pecorino cheese or extra Parmesan cheese.
