Chinese Salad

1 head of Nappa
1 cup chopped ery
1 cup thinly sliced en onion
1 cup tiny ccoli florets
1 cup toasted ame seeds
1 cup toasted onds
For Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp egar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp ar
1 package f flavoured ramen noodles

Prepare dressing. Combine oil, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar and beef flavouring from ramen noodles; chill in bottle with tight-fitting lid. Toss vegetables in a large bowl. Cover and chill. When ready to serve crush noodles from ramen and add to vegetables. Add sesame seeds and almonds. Shake dressing well. Add to salad and toss.
