Vegetarian Meatless Low Fat Summer Quick Main Dish Pasta Italian Dinner Savory
14 ounces can diced atoes drained
1 Tbs ve oil
3 cloves lic minced
1 cup loosely packed chopped fresh il leaves
8 ounces dry el hair pasta
lots of fresh grated mesan cheese
t to taste
Heat oil in skillet, saute garlic, add tomatoes and cook over med-high heat for about 10 minutes, till liquid is reduced and beginning to thicken (stir often to avoid scorching). Cook pasta 3 mins until al dente. Add basil and salt to sauce. Pour over the pasta and toss. Serve with parmesan.
