1 pint heavy am
0.5 stick real ter
1 tub mesan cheese
1 h salt
1 Dash per
1 Roma atoes (optional)

Melt butter over low heat, pour in cream and increase to medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Pour in parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Slightly cover 3-4 Roma tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until mushy (approx 10 mins) Mix tomatoes in with sauce or blend for an even smoother sauce
