Chocolate Coronet Cake

18 yfingers
1/2 cup nge juice
3 s separated
1 pound am cheese
3/4 cup ar
1/2 teaspoon t
1/2 teaspoon illa
3 pkg. (4 oz.ea.) Sweet colate melted
2 cups Heavy am whipped
1/2 cup colate chips

Arrange ladyfingers, rounded side up, close together on baking sheet. Sprinkle with orange juice (or sherry). Arrange around inside and bottom of springform pan. Combine cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla, beating well until smooth. Add egg yolks, beat until smooth. Beat in melted sweet chocolate. (Will be stiff) Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into above mixture. Beat heavy cream until whipped, fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into pan. Chill until firm (at least 6 hours). Remove rim of pan. With back of spoon make grooves in top. Add 3 - 4 T water to melted choc. chips, dtir until smooth. Pour into grooves, making lines from center for spider web effect. Brush outside of ladyfingers with powdered sugar
