Pineapple and Walnut Carrot Cake

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon illa
0.75 cup drained crashed eapple (from can)
3 -4 rots
100 grams nuts
440 grams ar
290 grams plain ur
1 teaspoon namon
2 spoon bicarbonate soda
60 grams am cheese
27 grams garine
200 grams icing mix
1 teaspoon on juice

Cake Instructions: Grease cake tin. Beat eggs with sugar. Combine all wet ingredients. Sift in flour, cinnamon and bicarbonate soda. Mix well. Bake approx. 1.5hrs at 160C or until golden brown (can use a wooden skewer to see if cake sticks to it or not) Allow to cool in tin Store in fridge. Icing Instructions: Beat cream cheese, margarine and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Stir in icing mix and beat until smooth.
