1 medium on peeled and grated
1 single lic clove crushed
4 single rashers lean back on cut into matchsticks
1 tablespoon ve oil
1 good pinch chilli flakes
400 grams tin chopped atoes
150 grams bucatoni or other long ta
1 small bunch sley roughly chopped

Cook the onions, garlic and bacon in the olive oil until softened (about 5 minutes). Add the chilli and tomatoes then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following the packet instructions. Stir the sauce through and sprinkle on the parsley.
